·         General Motors Acceptance Company (GMAC)

-         Lead requirements gathering and process analysis efforts with 20+ global stakeholders to build a cohesive online brand image through an enterprise-level website redesign, and to provide a platform for future technology initiatives

-         Develop a content management system and single sign-on application solution to integrate account aggregation and management functionality across independently-operated subsidiary business units

 

·         Volkswagen of America

-         Created a strategic project approach, project scope, and high-level requirements in the process of project planning and estimating costs for the implementation of a supply chain visibility initiative

-         Conducted requirements development and prioritization exercises based on industry best-practices, existing client technical capabilities, and organizational readiness to determine viability of proceeding with an account aggregation and online presentation initiative

 

·         Carquest, Inc. – Automotive Parts Distributor

-         Managed team of seven internal, contract, and client resources to implement JMS-based middleware messaging software for conducting EDI transactions, data mapping, and translation, to reduce costs by more than $10 million annually by eliminating VAN and software support charges

-         Coordinated external vendors to define EDI requirements, reconcile external and internal data needs across multiple legacy applications, and conduct end-to-end vendor data and application testing

-         Conducted data mapping and analysis, quality assurance testing program, and created training materials for a web-based procurement application providing the ability to order parts from over 100 vendors, with a projected revenue increase of more than $300 million annually

 

·         Harvard Business School Publishing

-         Managed four consultants to streamline monthly publication processes by implementing an XML-based solution that reduced production effort from three weeks to four days, and created several print derivatives and an online version of the publication from a single content source

-         Conducted process analysis and data aggregation workout sessions in order to centralize data storage, reduce errors, and increase efficiency through process improvements

-         Aligned small business group website content strategy with business objectives and corporate marketing directive to more effectively educate, communicate with, and service clientele

·         Radian Guaranty – Mortgage Reinsurance Provider

-         Developed a content management governance model, taxonomy and metadata recommendations, and provided a framework for defining user roles and permissions in alignment with the content management compliance strategy
